She reviewed every document from listing to sale (cash and above list price) with us in detail. She responded to all our questions promptly (usually within a few minutes) . The contractors she recommended for minor repairs also responded promptly and in several cases she arranged the date, price, and job to be completed. We were out of town quite often during the process. Kelly checked on the house and made sure the house was in show ready shape during our absences. The whole process, start to finish, was so easy. The house was sold above list price and for more than we ever expected. She also communicated in person as opposed to waiting for computer sites to give feedback on showings and as opposed to dealing with a team of agents.
